You can get to Benicàssim by plane. The two nearest airports are Castellón de la Plana and Valencia, 36 km and 90 km away respectively. For those landing elsewhere (in Barcelona or Madrid, for example), you can finish your trip by train, thanks to RENFE, the Spanish transport network: https://www.renfe.com/es/en.
